Growell.in is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party gateway issues.
5. Affiliate Marketing Terms
- Affiliates can promote products and earn commission on valid sales only.
- Any fraudulent activity, fake referrals, or policy violations will lead to termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earnings.
- Commissions will be processed monthly as per verified transaction reports.
- All affiliates must comply with Income Tax Act, 1961 regarding income reporting.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, product images, and materials are owned by Growell.in and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademark Act, 1999. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Growell.in shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, delay, or service interruption arising from the use of this website.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
