Refund & Cancellation

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging.
  • To initiate a return, email support@growell.in with order details and proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-stitched, sale, or discounted items are non-returnable.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment mode.

4. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

5. Legal Rights

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
